Lasagna Bolognese– Old school style done right.  Stacked with layers of house made pasta; beef, béchamel, and topped with fresh mozzarella.

Mac n Cheese– House made cheddar cheese sauce tossed with elbow pasta, shredded cheddar and topped with a Cheeze-It crumble!

Twice Baked Potato Fritter– Smashed potatoes mixed with bacon, scallion cheddar and sour cream

Pimento Cheese Spread– Cheddar, Muenster and cream cheese whipped into a delectable spread with smoky paprika and roasted red peppers.  Goes great with crudités, hard pretzels, or straight out of the container…

French Onion Dip– Our fresh take on the classic onion sour cream dip: caramelized onions blended with house made garlic aioli and sour cream.

Cheesy Garlic “Monkey” Bread– Soft brioche rolls tossed in our garlic butter and shredded mozzarella baked till soft and gooey.  

Half tray (feeds 8 – 12)  $18

 

Nachos– Layers of crispy tortilla chips, three cheeses, black beans, pickled jalapeños, pickled onions and your choice of MOD chili or KS ancho chili cauliflower.  Served with a side or our charred tomato salsa and sour cream (we suggest “take and bake” we build it all in the tray and you bake it when you get home for the crispiest gooeyiest version).

Charred Tomato Salsa– Charred tomatoes blended with onions, cilantro, lime and a touch of jalapeno.
