Brian and his business partner Jeff Silverstein are dedicated to supporting local agriculture and farming practices in the Hudson Valley sourcing many ingredients from small, nearby farms.
Catering menus are inspired and collaborative, often built around memorable food moments for our clients.
We are dedicated to supporting local food initiatives in the Hudson Valley, and are proud of the work we do to support organizations like Fareground and Second Chance Foods as well as many of the local food pantries.
