Kitchen Sink Catering features local and seasonal ingredients served in a thoughtful and creative menu designed specifically for your event. Our catering business is overseen by Chef Brian Arnoff, who grew up right here in the Hudson Valley.
Brian and his business partner Jeff Silverstein are dedicated to supporting local agriculture and sustainable farming practices in the Hudson Valley, sourcing ingredients from small, nearby farms whenever possible.
Each catering menu they design is inspired and collaborative, gaining inspiration from the real-life, and memorable food moments, or our clients.
Kitchen Sink Catering is dedicated to supporting local food programs in the Hudson Valley, and are proud of the work we do to support organizations like Fareground and Second Chance Foods as well as many of the local food pantries.
