Spanish – Plancha Grill Station: This is station features foods cooked on a flat-top grill, invoking the classic cooking style from Barcelona and the Catalan region of northwest Spain

Italian Station: This station centers around two Florentine dishes Porchetta and Cavatelli

  • Porchetta – Whole Pork Belly Rubbed with a Classic Array of Woody Green Herbs along 

  • with Lemon, Garlic and Chilis Rolled Around a Brined Pork Loin and Slow Roasted.

    • This will be carved live at the station.

  • Cavatelli – House Made Ricotta Cavatelli Tossed with Local Sweet Corn, Smokey Onions, Basil and Parsley - Ideally, We Will Have Gas Burners For This Station Be Tossing The Pasta At The Station Live.

  • Chilled Broccoli Rabe and Gigante Bean Salad – Local Broccoli Rabe, Giagante Beans and Roasted Lemon Vinaigrette
