KSSC is happy to launch our first tasting Menu of the summer, Menu 007! Come join us as we celebrate summer in the Hudson Valley. For this first Tasting Menu of the summer, we are featuring fresh and local ingredients from our friends at Field and Larder as well as Chef Brian’s family farm.
Our Summer menus is Veg forward and will evolve as often as necessary to reflect what is at its peak and what we can source from our farmers.
The 3-course Tasting Menu is only available on Saturdays at 5:30pm
