Pen and Paper are working furiously, here is where we are so far. This is a throwback to 2022 tasting menu that will feature dishes from every menu at Kitchen sink in 2022.

There will be cocktails, beer, champagne and wine.

  5. Seared Scallop w/ all the Citrus

  9. Pork Belly Larb in Lettuce cup

  10. Al pastor. Can you say Duck?

  11. Say Cheese…. and Apples

  12. The Chocolate (of) Course
